The purpose of this article is to find all active Telnet clusters as of September 2022.

The number of DX clusters decreases every year as the popularity of the Telnet protocol decreases. In addition, the current situation in the world is not conducive to the development of the amateur radio hobby. Many call signs are closed, and services such as DX clusters stop working along with them. I set my goal to update the list of DX clusters.
