An unusual halo in translucent clouds in St. Petersburg on May 11, 2023 - in the form of a V or a cone in the direction of the setting sun (time 20:50).

Indeed, a strange light atmospheric phenomenon that was observed for a long time, at least 10 minutes, and gradually went out along with the sunset.
