Retekess V115 receiver: testing and examples of broadcast recordings from the Pulkovo Observatory

16 May 2022 16:21

Saturday May 14, 2022 was warm, sunny and dry with no wind. To test the receiver in conditions close to ideal, I went in the evening to the Pulkovo Heights (75 meters above sea level).

I would like to dwell on the capabilities of the Retekess V115 receiver in more detail. Functions can be divided into 3 large groups:
1) radio receiver SV - HF - VHF
2) broadcast recording and MP3 file player
3) voice recorder (with built-in microphone) with recording on an external memory card, also in MP3 format.

Also, when connected to the Line In connector, it can act as an amplifier-sound speaker (also with recording capability), and when used together with a personal computer, it is defined in the operating system as an external sound card with the ability to output sound to a sound amplifier in the receiver.

Retekess V115 instructions are on the official website:V115-Russian.pdf
