At a frequency of 277 kHz he heard a slow telegraph call sign "PO" . The Non -Directional Beacon - NDB database confirmed the guess that the POL -KHz calls the call to 277 kHz.

P.S. Later, I managed to accept the beacons "k" for 700 kHz and "PU" at 326 kHz and "u" at 625 kHz, "PK" at 340 kHz, also belonging to the Pulkovo Airport.
