I tried to create a short Russian instruction manual for the Retekess V115 receiver.

Direct frequency input: 684 kHz in AM mode * 9 kHz step in the range 522-1710 kHz, that is, fixed frequencies 522 - 531 - 540 - 549 ... 1701 - 1710 kHz
Switch band to FM or AM
Direct frequency input: 97.6 MHz in FM mode
Direct frequency input: 70.1 MHz in FM mode

Shuffle MP3 playback mode(R - random)	- letter "R" on the display
MP3 playback mode - Go to the folder of recordings from the air or from the microphone (voice recorder)	hold
Go back to MP3 playback mode
Controlling playback modes 1/A/R/F using the menu	hold "game mode"
Navigate through folders on the SD card (Explorer mode)	hold "Main catalog" "UP LEVEL"
