What's new in these two versions 2.5.3-2.5.5 compared to 2.5.2?

Issue 2.5.5 is not included in all Linux distributions, as it came out relatively recently (Linux Mint uses 2.5.4+repack-1). Changes in version 2.5.5 compared to 2.5.4 are minimal:

• The Q65 decoder has been improved to measure and compensate for linear distortions for the frequency of receiving signal q65 (EME).

This issue is 2.5.4 - to correct errors. It has the following changes compared to the release of 2.5.3:

• Fixed a bug that caused random QSO failures with stations using non-standard call signs.

WSJT-X supports the modes: JT65, JT9, Echo, JT4, MSK144, Q65, FT8, FT4, FST4, FST4W, WSPR.

This release contains the following changes compared to version 2.5.2:

• A mention of the call sign G4WJS has been added to the “About the program” window in memory of him.

• Added a simple ability to insert the $DXCALL macro into Tx messages, and the user manual was updated accordingly.

• Make sure that the MAIN VFO is used for reception in transceiver models with two VFOs.

• A defect in the transmission of reports on decoded callsigns with low reliability to PskReporter has been fixed.
