Lightweight Internet radio player "Goodvibes"

There are no plugins for playing Internet radio for the LXQT shell in the LXLE operating system. But there is a lightweight player "Goodvibes".

Among other applications, the Internet radio playback program "Goodvibes" stands out for its ease of use. The name "Goodvibes" translates as "good mood". It has a minimal set of features and is suitable for older PCs such as Asus EeePC with AMD C-30 or Intel Atom processor. The AMD C-30 processor load when playing radio is 21-22%. Another advantage is that there are no problems - all functions work. The Goodvibes playlist contains an initial list of radio stations to play, including interesting ones like Nova la Nuit.

Installing the goodvibes package:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install goodvibes

The program will appear in the "Start" menu - "Audio/Video".

The "Goodvibes" Internet radio player requires manual addition of Internet radio stations. It can be used to listen to a short list of your favorite radios.

Titles and links can be copied and pasted into the "Goodvibes" player. To add, you need to press the key combination Ctrl+A and click the “gear” button -"Add station".
