There are a number of computers that continue to run the WinXP operating system.
Modernizing them, as a rule, is not possible. There is a problem with expired root security certificates in Windows XP.
Therefore there is no possibility to browse the web. The problem can be solved by installing a modern web browser that contains up-to-date security certificates.
